Lynne Bartusek is a visionary executive advisor with global expertise in human resources, transformation and business management. 

As Interim Chief People Officer, Lynne leads the PatientPoint HR team in partnering with business leaders to develop and execute PatientPoint’s company-wide people strategy in support of organizational objectives and goals. 

Lynne is currently CEO of Bartusek Advisory Services, LLC, consulting clients across industries on growth, operations strategy, culture, structure, human capital/staffing, compliance, governance, succession planning, effectiveness, performance/talent management, organizational development and communications. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Lynne held senior HR leadership roles at Cheddars Scratch Kitchen, Rave Cinemas, LLC (Owned by Cinemark Theatres), JCPenney Corporation and Yum! Restaurants International. 

Lynne holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of North Carolina.
